Core to GMP’s culture is a commitment to community engagement. Since our inception, GMP has been dedicated to fostering community prosperity by developing partnerships with community stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities that can make a meaningful and lasting difference in the places where we live and work.

Over the past 25 years, our cumulative efforts have resulted in over $55 million donated to charities and community organizations. Whether it is through partnering with community groups, our clients or through employee engagement, we are committed to building strong communities that align with our corporate values.

Each of our offices directly support local charities and sponsor a wide range of events aimed at strengthening our communities. Our commitment also extends to encouraging employee volunteerism. The collaborative efforts of our team provide the greatest impact to our community. Our employees regularly volunteer their time, energy and financial resources to help build a brighter future for those who need it most. They help identify charitable needs and bring them forward for support, in turn raising awareness of organizations that provide vital services to our communities.

We base our investment decisions on our understanding of the unique needs and characteristics of the communities in which we do business, and select causes where our donations have the greatest impact.
